I really appreciate the way Simone Castro approaches counseling with patience and intentionality. She gives me the space I need to think things through rather than rushing me, and she consistently remembers what we’ve discussed before, following up in a way that shows she truly listens and cares. Ashley Downs is a warm and caring person. My daughter immediately connected with her and knows that she can trust her. Over the years, and specifically post-Covid years, I have witnessed a significant rise in mental heath needs.
